Culture in my life and soul
Throughout my life, I've been bombarded by culture. In America, there is no escaping it. Rejecting some, admitting others, we learn to build our lives the way we believe. I'm a drummer of 10 years. I started out listening to classic rock with my dad, adapting that culture of heavy drums and electric guitar into my life. Some people listen to music, others perform it, some do both.
Another passion of mine is art. In America, art has become such a prominent, and yet such a diminishing prospect. So few practice art knowingly, and even more practice it unknowingly. Everything from the way we write, how we dot our "I"s, to painting, drawing, and music. All things are "art" depending on your point of view, that's why I enjoy it so much. No matter where you look, art is inescapable.
I firmly believe we live in a cold, unforgiving world. This feeling is constantly evident in the way we interact with people.
